The FMHF Executive Assistant provides executive level administrative support by preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, managing policies, procedures and processes. Performs administrative support functions such as managing calendars, booking travel, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings

Required for first day of work
- Thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of recordkeeping, filing, letter writing, taking meeting minutes, and professional communication procedures.
- Ability to work independently to organize workload to maximize efficiency and meet multiple priorities.
- Ability to work well with healthcare professionals, psychiatric patients, and their families.
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive material.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to respond to stressful situations in a manner that helps the other individual de-escalate.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred
- 3 years experience experience performing a variety of office support required
- Executive level administrative experience preferred
- 2 years supervisory experience required

This position supervises two employees
